Three rates. You pay the lowest.

Every job on our list has a set time. We add up the times for your visit, price them three ways, and charge whichever comes out cheapest. Labour, VAT and travel are all included.

Hourly

£56 an hour

Billed in half hours after the first hour. Best for one or two quick jobs.

Half day

£190 up to 4 hours

A morning or an afternoon. Cheaper than hourly from three and a half hours of work.

Full day

£340 up to 8 hours

For a long list or a move-in. Cheaper than hourly from six and a half hours.

How is the price worked out?: Each job has a set time. We add them up and charge whichever is cheapest: £56 an hour in half-hour steps, £190 for a half day or £340 for a full day.
What if it takes longer than the estimate?: The price you agreed is the price you pay for those jobs. If we open something up and find a bigger problem, we stop and ask before doing any more.
Are materials included?: Fixings, wall plugs, silicone, filler, washers and dust sheets are included. Things you keep, like a TV bracket, a blind or paint, are yours or bought at cost with the receipt.
Do you charge for a quote?: No. The job basket is the quote. For anything it does not cover, send photos and we reply with a fixed price within a working day.
How do I pay?: By card on the day when the work is done, or by bank transfer within seven days. No deposit for visits under a full day.
