Hollin & Pegg ("we") is the controller of the personal data you give us through this website, by phone or by email. This notice explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, the jobs you want done, and anything you choose to tell us about access to your home. If you send photos, we keep those with the booking.
Why we use it
- To price, book and carry out the work you asked for (performance of a contract).
- To send you a confirmation and an arrival text (performance of a contract).
- To keep invoices and job records for tax and guarantee purposes (legal obligation and legitimate interest).
- To send our monthly how-to email, only if you signed up for it (consent; unsubscribe at any time).
Keys and key-safe codes
Keys are labelled with a job reference, never your address. Key-safe codes are deleted from our system when the job is finished.
How long we keep it
Job records and invoices are kept for six years. Enquiries that do not become a booking are deleted after twelve months.
Who we share it with
Our booking and accounting software providers, under contract, and nobody else. We never sell your details.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to [the data protection regulator in your country].

This site sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party scripts.
